Our customer support team will now be available until 8 pm to answer your support enquiries. Our 0900 number will also be available up to 8 pm weekdays.

If you haven't placed feedback two weeks after an item sells we will send you an email to remind you to place it.
Feedback is an important part of the building a better community to buy and sell - so please place feedback on every trade that you participate in.
Scheduled outage Wednesday morning
There will be a scheduled outage from 5:30 am to 6:00 am on Wednesday the 18th of February. All affected auctions will be extended to close at approximately 7:00 am.
Unscheduled outage
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Trade Me was unavailable from 4:50pm to 5:09pm. Affected auctions that were due to close during this time have been extended by 30 minutes. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Limited internet access
Please note that due to the inclement weather, that the North island is currently experiencing, some people have limited internet access. Please be patient when trying to contact people in the next few days.
