
Our new policy on face masks
We are changing our policy on the sale of face masks after we received some new guidance from Medsafe around international manufacturing standards.
From today, only approved sellers will be able to list face masks in our new dedicated category. All existing listings for face masks will be removed shortly.

Payment delays over Queen’s Birthday weekend
Due to the upcoming Queen’s Birthday holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.
If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Friday 29 May will not be processed until Wednesday 3 June.
If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...
Ping payments delay
Yesterday there were a group of Ping payments that didn’t get processed as they should have, meaning some members didn’t receive their Ping payment in their bank account.
This was a slip up on our end — we’re terribly sorry about it, and you should see these come through in the next couple of hours.
COVID-19 update: Trading at alert level 2
Following the Government’s recent announcement that we’re moving to alert level 2, from Thursday 14 May there’ll be some changes to our services.
The safety of our members is still our top priority. All members must follow the Government’s guidelines and our COVID-19 safe trading guidelines.
