Updates for sellers listing 10+ cars live today

As we announced on 7 January 2020, from today we're making it simpler for members who list more than 10 vehicles per year, to sell on Trade Me.

We’ve contacted all affected sellers, who will notice these changes:

• simplified listing options – Lite, Plus and Super
• new pricing (including no success and withdrawal fees)
• 90-day listing duration
• free dedicated support from our Motors team. More...

We're about to make it simpler for members who list more than 10 vehicles per year, to sell on Trade Me. We’ve recently tested these changes with a select group of members and are now making the changes for all high-volume vehicle sellers.

We’ve emailed all affected sellers, who will notice these changes from 21 January 2020:

• simplified listing options – Lite, Plus and Super
• new pricing (including no success and withdrawal fees)
• 90-day listing duration

Payment delays over the New Year holiday

Due to the upcoming New Year holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.

If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Monday 30 December will not be processed until Friday 3 January.

If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...

Payment delays over the Christmas holiday

Due to the upcoming Christmas holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.

If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Monday 23 December will not be processed until Friday 27 December.

If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...

We’ve updated our privacy policy
