
Upcoming Trade Me Jobs advertising rate changes
We’re making some changes to the cost of listing a job on Trade Me Jobs.
On 1 October 2014, the price to purchase a Basic listing will increase from $160 to $169 (incl. GST).

Trade Me Fashion: a new way to browse
Earlier in the month we made a change to the way search results are displayed in the Men’s department of the Clothing & Fashion category.
Starting today, we’re extending this new visual page layout when searching and browsing across the entire Clothing & Fashion category. The appearance of each listing depends on our improved range of promotional products available in this category:
• Basic: Small image in search results.
• Gallery: Medium image in search results (2x larger than Basic) and higher position in the category.
• Feature: Large image in search results (4x larger than Basic) and best position in the category.
• Feature Combo: Highlights listing and includes all benefits of Feature. More...
Elections: What’s allowed on the Message Board?
We don’t need to remind you that it’s time for Kiwis to have their say on Election Day this Saturday.
What you do need to know is that it’s an offence under section 197 of the Electoral Act to publish anything on Election Day that could influence a person’s vote. Even publishing a party name could potentially land you with a hefty fine.
In short: please don’t post your political views on the Message Board on Election Day until the polls close at 7:00pm. More...
