Xtra Email Issues
We understand that Xtra are currently having technical difficulties with email delivery. Emails are being sent by Trade Me as per normal.
If you are an Xtra customer and continue to have problems receiving email you may wish to contact the Xtra helpline.
Credit Card Payment Issues [RESOLVED]
Update 12.05pm: These issues have now been resolved.
We’re currently experiencing some issues with credit card payments. Our payment providers are working hard to resolve these and we’ll let you know when everything is up and running again.

Update 22nd November: Photo Problems [Resolved]
Update 22nd November: We were able to successfully track down our image issues to faulty hardware which was replaced last night, so viewing and uploading of photos should now be back to normal. If you are still experiencing issues with images on the site, please let us know.
Once again we apologise and thank you for your patience.
Update 20th November: Unfortunately we are still experiencing intermittent issues with our image serving platform. Our Tech team are scrambling to get this fixed, and hope to have it resolved soon. More...
9:00am AMEX card payments problem [RESOLVED]
Update 4:25pm: We have now fixed the issue with AMEX payments, thank you for your patience.
We are currently experiencing issues processing payments made using American Express cards. We are working on the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will update this post when we have a fix.
Site Issue This Morning
We had an issue this morning between 10:10am and 10:30am that caused the site to be slow or unavailable. We have now resolved the issue and have extended all auctions that were due to close between 10:10am and 10:45am by one hour.
