Payments problem: Visa credit cards

We understand there is current a problem with the credit card processing network for Visa. This is causing some credit card transactions to be declined. The banks are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. If your credit card is declined please try again shortly.

Site Issue

We had an issue today between 1:38pm and 1:48pm where logged in people were unable to access the site. We have now fixed the problem and have extended all auctions that were due to close between 1:38pm and 1:48pm by one hour.

Text Me SMS problems (Resolved)

UPDATE (5.25pm)
The issue has now been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

There is currently a problem preventing the delivery and receipt of Text Me SMS messages to and from our members.

Our Tech team is working hard to resolve this issue and we will post an update once this problem has been fixed.  More...

We had a slight problem at 8:25am this morning that caused the site to be unavailable for a few minutes. We’re sorry about this and have extended all auctions that were due to close between 8:25am and 9:25am by 1 hour.

We had a slight problem at 10:30am this morning that caused the site to be unavailable for a few minutes.

We’re really sorry about this and have extended all auctions that were due to close between 10:30am and 11:30am by 1 hour.
